THRIVE: Communication & Collaboration
Communicate better. Connect better. Work better.
Great collaboration doesn't happen by accident. It starts with understanding ourselves, understanding others and being willing to communicate differently when the situation requires it. THRIVE: Communication & Collaboration helps people develop the practical skills and confidence to communicate clearly, navigate differences and build stronger working relationships. Participants learn how to listen more effectively, give and receive feedback, manage disagreement and approach difficult conversations with greater confidence.
