THRIVE: Wellbeing at Work
From simply coping to creating sustainable wellbeing. Work is an important part of life — but it shouldn't come at the expense of our wellbeing. THRIVE: Wellbeing at Work helps people understand what influences their wellbeing and develop practical strategies for managing pressure, protecting their energy and working in more sustainable ways. Rather than focusing simply on resilience or asking people to "cope better", the programme encourages participants to understand their own needs, recognise warning signs and make positive changes within the areas they can influence.
